Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Sustainability Certifications

Property follows a brand or regulatory agency's sanitization guidelines ALLSAFE (Accor Hotels)

Cleanliness

Rooms generally described as clean, but some guests reported hallway rugs and occasional cleanliness lapses; mixed feedback (mostly positive in-room, one notable complaint about hall rugs).

Service

Consistently praised reception staff (Jessica, Tiago mentioned by name) who were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond; overall service rated very highly.

Location

Very good location — close to Liberdade, metro and shopping, quiet neighborhood, easy walking access to attractions and local restaurants; repeatedly highlighted as a strong point.

Room Quality

Rooms are clean but generally small with limited wardrobe/storage; some guests found them smaller than expected though adequate for short stays.

Amenities

Basic amenities are solid: breakfast service, fresh-squeezed orange juice option, hotel card/luggage assistance, nearby shops and early-opening pizza/market; nothing luxury but functional and convenient.

Centrally Located in Lisbon

Explore Lisbon with ease from the centrally located ibis Lisboa Centro Liberdade. Just a short walk from key attractions like Avenida da Liberdade and Marquis of Pombal Square.

Convenient Amenities

Enjoy convenient amenities such as a snack bar/deli, bar/lounge, and full breakfast options. Benefit from services like dry cleaning, a 24-hour front desk, and self-parking.
