Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Sustainability Certifications

Property follows a brand or regulatory agency's sanitization guidelines Clean Promise (IHG)

Cleanliness

Many guests noted clean rooms and quiet accommodations, but isolated serious cleanliness/maintenance concerns (one bedbug report, reports of standing shower water) lowered the score.

Service

Numerous comments praise friendly, helpful and professional staff (specific praise for an employee named Toulia and multiple notes of excellent front desk service); a few mentions of inattentive or slow responses were raised but manager responses were satisfactory in at least one case.

Location

Repeatedly described as very well-located — close to Penn Station, Port Authority and Times Square with good transit connections; consistently a strong positive in reviews.

Room Quality

Rooms are frequently described as spacious with comfortable beds and useful kitchenettes, but several maintenance issues were reported (no drainage in shower, loose toilet, broken microwave, doors not closing, slippery tub) which reduced the score.

Amenities

Complimentary coffee/tea/fruit water, guest laundry and small fitness area were appreciated; in-room kitchens are a plus, though some guests experienced broken appliances.

Prime Location

Centrally located in New York City, within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as Times Square and Broadway, Candlewood Suites New York City-Times Square, an IHG Hotel, offers convenience at your doorstep.

Modern Amenities

Enjoy a range of modern amenities including a fitness center, complimentary Wi-Fi, and concierge services for a comfortable stay. Relax with room service and make use of the business center, complimentary newspapers, and dry cleaning services.
