lyf Collingwood Melbourne

Generally praised as very clean and 'super clean' in several reviews, but occasional cleanliness issues noted (sink not cleaned on late check-in, shower flooding, occasional musty or 'feet' smell) lower the score slightly.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and accommodating (helped with luggage, reserved charging spots, provided compensation for issues); a housekeeping policy change (no daily housekeeping under three days) is a minor detractor.

Consistently highlighted as a major strength — excellent for MCG/Melbourne Park, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and public venues; many guests call the location 'perfect' or 'fabulous. '

Rooms are described as comfy and tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds, but are small/compact (modern 'mini' rooms), and some guests found layout/width misleading or lacking airflow.

Good communal spaces, EV charging availability and local partnerships (brunch, gym) are positives; some shared kitchen areas were reported as messy or lacking supplies.

Described as a good budget option and well priced by multiple reviewers, offering solid value given location and facilities.
