At 630 square feet, these bright and spacious suites offer expansive views of historic Ballard Avenue through large bay windows in the parlor and a Juliet balcony off of the bedroom. The parlor features a sleeper sofa, lounging chair, large desk, and a high definition television. In the bedroom, our signature California king bed is situated in front of a high definition television and fire place. Exclusive to our suites is a large soaking tub located in bathroom along with a spacious walk-in shower. Sliding doors separate the parlor, bedroom, and bathroom giving this large room the ideal amount of privacy.

This suite's special feature is the fireplace. This suite consists of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Featuring a balcony, this suite also provides air conditioning, a tea and coffee maker and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The unit offers 2 beds.

Our spacious Standard King rooms, at 400 square feet, are our most popular room type. All of our Standard King rooms overlook Ballard Avenue offering views of the local neighborhood from either a Juliet balcony or large bay windows. Each room features our signature California King sized bed in front of a high definition television and large desk. The private bathroom offers a spacious walk-in shower and premium Molton Brown bathing products.

Flat-screen HD cable TV, a spacious work desk, coffee-making facilities and a sofa bed is featured in this suite. A fireplace and a flat-screen HD cable TV are offered in the separate bedroom. The private bathroom provides bathrobes, slippers and a soaking tub.

Our Standard Double rooms, at 400 square feet, are designed to comfortably host multiple guests while maintaining the beauty and luxury Hotel Ballard is known for. All of our Standard Double rooms feature two full-sized beds, large lounge chair, and high-definition television. The private bathroom offers a functional walk-in shower, shower and toilet assistance bars, and premium Molton Brown bathing products. Additionally, our Standard Double rooms have been designed to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to ensure comfortable access and enjoyment for all guests.
